The Interfaith Community Kitchen is located at Our Lady of Lourdes - St. Joseph’s Church Parish Hall in Northwood. The Kitchen, serving approximately 50-60 meals each week, is open every Monday evening (except on holidays) from 4-5:30 for dinner guests to enjoy fellowship and a home cooked meal. Dinner is served between 4:30 and 5pm. The meal is free, but donations are appreciated. Takeouts and local deliveries are available, weather permitting.
The Kitchen currently has enough adult volunteers to serve, but encourages parish confirmation students to volunteer. Some hours are available for local high school students and scouts needing community service hours. Non perishable food items for the kitchen can be left off at each church or brought to the parish hall on Mondays from 4-5:30.
Any monetary donations should be made out to the parish.
